3. Eligibility

To enroll in our courses or use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Course Enrollment and Fees

• All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before or during the course commencement.
• Course fees are non-transferable to another individual unless explicitly approved by SMEC Technologies in writing.
• SMEC Technologies reserves the right to modify course fees, schedules, content, and trainers at any time without prior notice.
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full fee or first installment payment and written confirmation from our team.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before completing more than 10% of the course.
• An administrative fee of up to 15% of the total course fee may be deducted from any approved refund.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days of enrollment or after 10% of the course has been completed, whichever comes first.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15-30 business days to the original payment method.
• SMEC Technologies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course, in which case a full refund or course transfer will be offered.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, course materials, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on our website and provided during training are the exclusive property of SMEC Technologies.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
• Recording of live sessions, classes, or workshops is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized.
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Student Conduct

As a student of SMEC Technologies, you agree to:

• Maintain respectful behavior towards trainers, staff, and fellow students at all times.
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
• Not share login credentials, course materials, or access with unauthorized individuals.
• Complete assignments, assessments, and projects honestly without plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

8. Placement and Internship Assistance

• SMEC Technologies provides placement and internship assistance, not a guarantee of employment.
• Placement support includes resume building, mock interviews, job referrals, and interview preparation.
• Final hiring decisions are made solely by the recruiting companies and are beyond our control.
• Students must maintain minimum attendance (75%) and satisfactory performance to be eligible for placement assistance.

9. Limitation of Liability

• SMEC Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, salary levels, or career advancement as a result of completing our courses.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific course or service in question.

• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or database connected to our website.
• We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website at our sole discretion.
